This project aims to support primary care commissioners and CCGs to improve prescribing for people living with dementia across the South West.
This project includes:
- With primary care commissioners and CCGs, design and facilitate prescribing improvement programme.
- Engage with LETB and care home commissioners to ensure that services have capacity and capability to provide alternatives to prescribing antipsychotics.
- Disseminate outcomes, learning and positive practice.
